Background
I was the sole PM (100% ownership) for customizing smartbands supplied to Osan City's safety service for seniors living alone.
Role
- Reviewed and aligned customer requirements, including API integration
- Defined firmware behavior and coordinated development with the OEM manufacturer
- Ran QC/QA, including firmware testing
Results
- Completed KC certification, then first mass production, customs clearance, and delivery
- Generated ₩21M in revenue
