I studied environmental engineering and started out in technical sales for environmental measurement instruments. As a product manager and global sales lead for IoT devices, I closed supply contracts worth ₩2.2B a year. I then founded Saintics, a merchandise OEM agency, and ran it single-handedly for five years — sourcing manufacturers, managing production, and clearing customs. Running SwatchOn's Dasan fulfillment center under contract, I proved it could outperform the in-house logistics team, and I now serve as SwatchOn's COO. I build the operating systems I depend on, including our ERP: an operator who works on the floor and in the codebase.
