Gotet Smartband — KRW 2B/yr Solo IoT PM
A smartband program I ran as sole PM from concept through OEM development, QC, mass production, and export — closing an overseas supply contract worth ₩2B a year.

Background
I was the sole PM (100% ownership) for a smartband (Gotet/XERIDAR) developed and supplied through an OEM model, built around overseas customer requirements.
Role
- Start: aligned requirements, planned features, UI, and packaging, sourced OEM manufacturers, and signed the English NDA and development agreement
- Prototype: ran HW/FW/SW QC/QA, shipped samples, and coordinated test feedback
- Pilot: negotiated and signed the supply contract, prepared the user manual and customs documents
- Production: placed the first mass-production order and completed import/export clearance and delivery
Results
- Signed a supply contract worth ₩2B annually — the company's first overseas IoT device contract
- Drove the full productization, including the XERIDAR brand identity, manual, and package design
